Not satisfied with the product after all? You have the option to return the product within 14 days of receipt. To do so, follow the steps below.

Refund
When will we refund you?
We will refund the costs incurred by you (purchase costs and original shipping costs) within 14 days of cancellation.
What will you receive back? You will receive the full purchase amount back.
Where will I receive the refunded amount?
We will refund the amount using the same method you used to pay. If this is not possible, we will contact you.

Sending
Take the package to a post office of your choice. You will receive a shipping receipt there. Keep this safe until the return has been fully processed. This is your proof that the package has actually been sent. You may be asked for the shipping receipt in the event of loss during transport.
Processing
